Jarboe Park Volleyball Court

The City of Neptune Beach, Florida invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for construction of a sand volleyball court at Jarboe Park, 510 Florida Boulevard, Neptune Beach, Florida 32266. The City will conduct this procurement in accordance with applicable federal law, Florida law, the City Charter, the City Code of Ordinances, and the Citys purchasing procedures.

The Invitation to Bid Document, may be obtained from: City of Neptune Beach City Hall; 116 1st St., Neptune Beach, Fl. 32266 or on the Citys website at: https://www.nbfl.gov/. Vendors registered with DemandStar.com, Inc. can download the CONB BID NO. 2026-04 at no cost from their website www.demandstar.com.

Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on October 28, 2026. The ITB contains detailed information about the scope of work, submission requirements, and selection procedures.

The City may reject all bids, cancel the solicitation, waive minor irregularities, clarify bids, request additional responsibility information, or take any action permitted by law and in the Citys best interest.
