NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is requesting sealed bids for the following project:

GO BOND PROJECT: MUNICIPAL PARKS PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT - CITY OF LAUDERHILL PARKS

BID NUMBER: 2026-064

The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed Bids until 3:45 P.M. EST, October 26, 2026, through IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Bids

submitted after 3:45 P.M. will not be considered.

The City of Lauderhill is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, project management, engineering, permits, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, disposal, testing, inspections, and incidentals necessary to complete the renovation and replacement of ten (10) municipal park playground areas.

The intent of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to replace aging playground equipment while improving safety, accessibility, aesthetics, durability, play value, and long-term maintenance. The Contractor shall provide complete turnkey construction services for each playground area.

The full Scope of Work will be available beginning October 02, 2026, via IonWave at the link provided above. Vendors obtaining solicitation

documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be issued and

distributed through IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department.
