The Villages Community Development Districts are requesting bids from qualified firms to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services. Proposal packages may be obtained from www.opengov.com which can be accessed from www.districtgov.org. No Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00pm on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163, and the Proposal Opening will be held at 3:15pm at the same location.
