Bids will be received by the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District (the District,) via DemandStaruntil 2:00 p.m. local time on November 03, 2026. Any Bids received after 2:00 p.m. local time on November03, 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is receivedwill be resolved against the Bidder. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on November 03, 2026 at2:00 p.m. local time in the Governing Board room of the District, 2500 Jupiter Park Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458.

It is the Districts intent and the purpose of these specifications to secure a qualified, licensed contractor tofurnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the IT Offices Remodel at 2500Jupiter Park Drive, Jupiter, Florida, in accordance with the IT Office Remodel Plans dated September 2026.The work generally consists of interior and exterior renovation of the existing single-story IT Offices building,including site utility and fiber-optic conduit work, selective demolition, concrete and exterior repairs,electrical/plumbing/low-voltage rough-in, cabinetry and millwork, plumbing fixtures, electrical and lightingfinishes, structured cabling and fiber systems, and a new building security and access-control system. Refer to

the IT Office Remodel Plans.

The District reserves the right to determine material elements of the Bid and to award the Contract, if at all, tothe lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. The District further reserves the right to reject anyand all Bids; to not proceed with the Project; and/or to waive any irregularities contained in a Bid.

A pre-bid conference and site walkthrough will be held at 2:00 p.m., local time on October 20, 2026 at the Districts ITOffices, 2500 Jupiter Park Drive, Jupiter, Florida. A meeting invite will be distributed to all plan holders prior to thescheduled date and time. If a bidder downloads Bid Documents from the Districts website the bidder must send a requestto be included in the pre-bid conference meeting invite to purchasing@lrecd.org. All vendors planning to submit Bids onthis Project are strongly encouraged to attend and to walk the existing space, given the scope of interior demolition andrough-in work involved.

Bid Documents may be downloaded at the Districts website, https://loxahatcheeriver.org/governance/purchasingbids/or DemandStar. Bid Documents will be available on October 05, 2026 after 8:00 a.m. local time. The BidDocuments are made available on the above terms solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and do not confer alicense or grant for any other use.

The Bidder shall hold its Bid open for acceptance by the District for a period of not less than ninety (90) calendardays following the date of the Bid opening.

This solicitation has been issued as an Electronic Bid with the same title on DemandStar. To submit a responsefor this bid electronically follow the instructions on DemandStar. Electronic responses are the only methodallowed for Bidders to respond to this solicitation. Bids shall be submitted on or before the date and timespecified.
