Until 11:00 AM, Local Time, November 3, 2026 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly openedand read aloud in Community Room #108, adjacent to Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submittedto the Town Clerk, on paper and in electronic format, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids receivedafter the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows:

RO Plant Improvements & Membrane Replacements (W2010)

The general nature and scope of this project is:

Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct improvements to the Town ofJupiter (Town) Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant (WTP) including but not limited to:

demolition and replacement of RO cartridge filters housing units, demolition and replacement of ROpressure vessels, demolition and replacement of RO energy recovery devices (ERD), demolition andreplacement of RO PVC and stainless steel process piping, replacement of RO membrane elements,construction of various concrete improvements, construction of various electrical and I&Cimprovements, as well as all related components, appurtenances, permits, submittals, recorddrawings and all other work required for a complete project as described by the Bid Documents.

Bid Documents will be available on October 6, 2026 through Euna OpenBids, formerly DemandStar, atwww.demandstar.com. Bid Documents can be downloaded by registering for a free agency subscription for theTown of Jupiter (Owner).

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Town of Jupiter WaterTreatment Plant, located at 17403 S. Central Blvd., Jupiter, FL 33458 within the Water Plant Offices ConferenceRoom. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required for bid qualification.

All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Mitchell Savitski, PE, Senior Utilities Engineer, in writingby email to MitchellS@jupiter.fl.us (with the Project Name in the subject of the email). Emails should bedelivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Owner. Clarification and changesto the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through www.Demandstar.com.

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with theInstructions to Bidders.
