WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1: BUILDOUT OF THE EXISTING NANOFILTRATION FACILITY (STATE REVOLVING FUND)

Until 2:00 p.m. (local) on November 2, 2026, the City of Pompano Beach is interested in receiving bids in response to the ITB for Water Treatment Plant Improvements Phase 1: Buildout of the Existing Nanofiltration Facility (State Revolving Fund).

Bidder must be registered on the Citys eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this ITB. The solicitation documents can be downloaded for free from the eBid System as a PDF at: https://procurement.opengov.com/login. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Bidder receives from any source other than from the eBid System. Bidder is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A list of Bidders will be read aloud in a public forum. Non-Mandatory Pre-Bidders Conference and Site Visit

The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bidders Conference will be held on October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties may attend in person at 1205 NE 5th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, or virtually via Zoom. Virtual meeting access information is available at: https://pompanobeachfl.gov/pages/meetings. The site visit will immediately follow the non mandatory pre-bidders conference at the project address, 1205 NE 5th Ave, Pompano Beach, 33060. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all prospective bidders, but it is not mandatory for submitting bids.
