C23/24 CABBAGE PALM REMOVAL PROJECT, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FL

The Procurement Bureau of the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, will receive sealed bids up to 2:30 p.m. opening time on November 5, 2026, for Cabbage Palm Removal Project, at the C23/24 South Reservoir footprint, St. Lucie County. The project is for Cabbage Palm tree removal in East Unit which consists of approximately 1,190 acres, more or less, and West Unit which consists of approximately 1,160 acres, more or less. Resulting agreement(s) for the surplus of Cabbage Palms will be issued for an eighteen (18) month term.

An OPTIONAL PRE-BID/SITE VISIT will be held October 21, 2026, 10:00 A.M., at the MW Tower area, 27501 Okeechobee Road, Port St. Lucie, 34988 for all interested Respondents. Transportation will be the responsibility of interested attendees.

Site visits may include travel through rough terrain and remote and heavy vegetative areas. Transportation to the Conference and work site(s) shall be the responsibility of the Respondent.
