Unit-Price Agreements for

Directional Boring and Trenching Services

The City of Gulf Breeze is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide directional boring,trenching, underground utility installation and repair, emergency response, and related restorationservices on an as-needed, unit-price basis for the Citys Natural Gas Utility and the Gulf Breeze RegionalWater System. The City intends to award multiple, non-exclusive Unit-Price Agreements to responsive andresponsible Bidders in accordance with the Basis of Award established in this ITB. The City anticipatesawarding agreements to a minimum of three (3) Contractors, provided a sufficient number of responsiveand responsible bids are received.

All bids shall be received by 2:00 P.M. CT on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2026. At that time, bids willbe publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, Gulf Breeze City Hall, 1070 Shoreline Drive,Gulf Breeze, Florida 32561. Late bids will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
