The Construction Committee of the Sunbridge Stewardship District will be meeting for the Fiscal Year 2027 in the office of Tavistock Development Company, 6900 Tavistock Lakes Blvd., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32827 at 1:30 p.m. each month as follows:

The Construction Committee will discuss and review the status of current and future Infrastructure Improvements, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, etc., related to the Districts. The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when one or more members of the Committee and/or District Staff will participate by telephone.
