WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
ELECTION PROCLAMATION
NOW THEREFORE, I, KEVIN MCCANN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, do hereby proclaim pursuant to Section 2-82 of the City Code as follows:
1. A municipal election of the City of Winter Springs will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 in conjunction with the State of Florida general election conducted by the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections.
2. The municipal election shall be purposes of electing a Mayor, and a District Two (2) and District Four (4) City Commissioner each for a new four-year term of office.
3. The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections shall appoint an Election Board and determine voting places for the municipal election.
In Witness Whereof, I hereunto have set my hand and caused the Seal of the City of Winter Springs to be affixed this 24 th day of August, 2026.

PROCLAMACIN DE ELECCION
AHORA, POR LO TANTO, YO, KEVIN MCCANN, ALCALDE DE LA CIUDAD DE WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, en virtud de la Seccin 2-82 del Cdigo de la Ciudad por la presente proclamo lo siguiente:
1. Una eleccin municipal de la Ciudad de Winter Springs se celebrar el martes 3 de noviembre de 2026 junto con las elecciones generales del Estado de Florida organizadas por el Supervisor de Elecciones del Condado de Seminole.
2. Las elecciones municipales tendrn como objetivo elegir a un alcalde, y a un comisionado municipal del Distrito Dos (2) y otro del Distrito Cuatro (4) para un nuevo mandato de cuatro aos.
3. El Supervisor de Eleccins del Condado de Seminole nombrar una Junta Electoral y determinar los lugares de votacin para las elecciones municipales.
En testimonio de lo cual, he puesto la mano y he mandado fijar el Sello de la Ciudad de Winter Springs este 24th da de agosto de 2026.
