INVITATION TO BID

ITB 26-10-01 - DRINKING WATER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS

The Town of Eatonville, Florida, invites qualified and properly licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for construction of the Town's Drinking Water Infrastructure Improvements Project.

PROJECT / BID PACKAGES: The solicitation includes the following construction packages:

Drinking Water Phase 1: Eatonville Kennedy Blvd Water Main Replacement Phase 1

The work generally consists of improvements to the Town's drinking water distribution system, including replacement and installation of water mains, valves, fire hydrants, service connections, associated roadway and site restoration, and other related improvements as shown in the Contract Documents.

The project is funded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program. Contractors shall comply with all applicable State Revolving Fund requirements and other federal and state requirements identified in the Contract Documents. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) are encouraged to participate in the bidding process.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Denton Johnson Community Center, 400 Ruffel Street, Eatonville, FL 32751 at 10:00am. Additional information and requirements are provided in the solicitation documents.

BID DUE DATE: Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00PM on Monday, November 09, 2026. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be accepted.

Prospective bidders are cautioned not to contact Town officials or staff regarding this solicitation except through the designated procurement contact identified in the solicitation documents.

The Town of Eatonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities to the extent permitted by law, and award a contract in accordance with the solicitation documents and applicable procurement requirements.
