REQUEST FOR QUALFICATIONS

SCOPE OF PROPOSAL: The Town of Manalapan is soliciting formal written Proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, corporations, firms, partnerships and other legal entities (PROPOSER) to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Town of Manalapan (TOWN). Proposal submittals must be received by 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in a sealed opaque envelope at which time they will be opened publicly in the Town Hall Chambers. The envelopes should be clearly labeled RFQ # 27-001 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK and delivered to:

Copies of the solicitation package may be obtained from OpenBids at www.demandstar.com. OpenBids distributes the Towns solicitations through electronic download. Paper documents, including a description of the services desired may be requested at the Town of Manalapan, 600 South Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Florida 33462 starting on October 6, 2026, or by contacting Ashley Watson, Finance Administrator, at 561-383-2543 or awatson@manalapan.org.

Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with the instructions set forth in the bid document instructions. The Town of Manalapan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities, if deemed necessary in the Towns sole and absolute discretion.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:

A pre-proposal conference for this Request for Qualifications will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The conference will be held in the Town Council Chambers of the Towns Administrative Offices located at 600 South Ocean Boulevard, Manalapan, Florida 33462.

The conference is open to all interested parties, at which time the Town Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the purpose and intent of the RFQ Documents.
