CARSON ROBERTS SPORTS COMPLEX LIGHTING PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Micanopy, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the Carson Roberts Sports Complex Lighting Project. This project is funded through the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP).

The Request for Proposals will be advertised and released on October 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The project generally consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting, installation, testing, and related services necessary to provide a complete and operational lighting system at the Carson Roberts Sports Complex.

A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on:

Proposals are due no later than November 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Town of Micanopy website. The complete RFP, proposal submission information, and any addenda or clarifications will be available on the Town's Public Notices page at:

Proposers are responsible for reviewing the RFP in its entirety and monitoring the Town's website for addenda, clarifications, corrections, or other notices related to this solicitation.

The Town of Micanopy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, request clarification, negotiate as permitted by applicable law and Town procurement requirements, and make an award determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
