Hubbard Construction Company is inviting all Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certified by the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, or as a DBE certified under the FLUCP program to bid on this project for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority on October 8, 2026.

Rehabilitate Runway 1L-19R and Associated Taxiways and Northwest Remain Overnight (RON) Parking Apron.

This project consists of the rehabilitation of the Runway 1L-19R and associated taxiways and the construction of a new Northwest Remain Overnight (RON) aircraft parking apron at Tampa International Airport.

The Contract time for Substantial Completion is 437 cal. days; + 30 cal. days for Final Completion.
