CPPI is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders for work associated with the Florida Department of Health Orange (Orlando) CHD (Lake Ellenor) ROOF REPLACEMENT. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held onsite at 6101 Lake Ellenor Drive, Orlando, FL 32809 on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 1:30 PM. Sealed bids are due by Monday, November 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm at CPPIs office located at 8200 NW 15th Place Gainesville, FL 32606. Mobilization will begin no earlier than Jan. 4, 2027. Job Description: Demolition of existing roof system down to existing lightweight concrete roof deck or existing structural steel deck, depending on the section. Installation of a new TPO adhered roof system. Removal and replacement of rooftop equipment and roof drain piping is also required.
