MARION COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

RFQ No. 26-01

Notice is hereby given that the Marion County Hospital District (the District), a dependent special district created by special law of Florida 2008-273, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified financial firms to provide banking services to the District pursuant to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Schedule of Pertinent Dates

The schedule of pertinent dates, including deadlines and other important dates related to this RFQ, will be available on the Marion County Hospital District website at www.mchdt.org under the RFQ section. Respondents are responsible for monitoring the website for schedule information and any updates or changes.

Scope of Services and Selection

The District seeks qualified respondents to provide banking services for its three primary operating accounts. The selected respondent may be requested to perform services on an ongoing basis, as more particularly described in the RFQ. The District will evaluate responsive Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the criteria and procedures stated in the RFQ and applicable Florida law.

RFQ Documents

Interested firms may obtain a copy of the complete RFQ, including the scope of services, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and other applicable requirements, at www.mchdt.org.

All questions regarding submissions must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Request for Qualifications.

Public Records

All materials submitted in response to this RFQ shall become the property of the District and may be subject to disclosure under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution, subject to any applicable statutory exemptions.
