ITB No. 26-09 MOLD INSPECTIONS RENAISSANCE FAMILY

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers is looking for qualified and licensed professionals to provide comprehensive mold inspection and assessment services. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is limited strictly to inspection and testing. No remediation or mold removal services are to be included or proposed unless further notice with the project.

The intent of this ITB is to receive a bid from qualified organizations with the capacity, experience, expertise, and appropriate licenses to provide inspection services for assumed mold growth in our residential multi-family Renaissance Preserve Property.

HACFM will receive electronic submissions of Bids sent to Procurement@hacfm.org on or before 11/05/2026, @ 4:00 P.M. EST.

HACFM encourages all Section 3 businesses and state certified Minority Business Enterprises/Women Business Enterprise/Veteran-Owned Businesses/ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise MBE/WBE/VOB/ DBE businesses as certified by Florida Gulf Coast Universitys (FGCU) Small Business Development Center to participate in all invitations to bid.
