INVITATION FOR BID

The Housing Authority of the City of Orlando, Florida (OHA) seeks competitive bids from qualified individuals and/or organizations to provide UFAS Accessible Modifications for The Villas at Carver Park, located at 854 Carver Park St, Orlando, FL 32805, and Landings at Carver Park, located at 1190 Conley Street, Orlando, FL 32805. The Invitation for Bid IFB #FYE27-4415 documents will be available for prospective offerors beginning on October 14, 2026, via Euna OpenBids at https://network.demandstar.com/ and via the Housing Agency Marketplace at https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com. All questions requiring explanations and interpretations of the IFB document must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Manager, Liza Martinez, at liza.martinez@orl-oha.org by October 28, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. All questions will be answered in accordance with HUD 5369, Section 2. Sealed bids must be received by November 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, at the Purchasing Office, 390 N. Bumby Ave., Orlando, FL 32803, to the attention of Ms. Liza Martinez, to be considered. The outside of the submission package must be clearly marked: Response to IFB FYE27-4415 UFAS Accessible modifications for the Villas and Landings at Carver Park. Responses will be held in confidence throughout the procurement process, as applicable by law.
