NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is requesting sealed bids for the following project:

BID NUMBER: 2027-002

GO BOND PROJECT: HERBERT SADKIN COMMUNITY CENTER EXTERIOR

WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND STUCCO REPAIR (TURNKEY)

The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed Bids until 3:45 P.M. EST, October 30, 2026, through IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Bids

submitted after 3:45 P.M. will not be considered.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of exterior windows, storefronts, and selected exterior entrance systems; repair and replacement of exterior stucco and EIFS finishes; exterior painting; replacement of selected coping; sealant and waterproofing work; and associated electrical, structural, patching, and restoration in a commercial building located at:

1176 NW 42nd Way,

City of Lauderhill, FL. 33313

All work shall be completed in a professional and must be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and in accordance with the Scope of Work.

The full Scope of Work will be available beginning October 9, 2026, via IonWave at the link provided above. Vendors obtaining solicitation

documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be issued and

distributed through IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for October 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, FL 33313 which may be immediately followed by a site visit.
