Villages Community Development Districts is requesting bids from qualified firms for Executive Golf Course Renovation Projects Various Locations. Bid packages may be obtained from www.opengov.com which can be accessed from www.districtgov.org. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all interested vendors will be held on October 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00pm on November 3, 2026, at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163, and the bid opening will be held at 3:15pm at the same location.
