PALATKA CITY COMMISSION NOTICE

Cancellation of Request for Proposals and Issuance of Invitation to Bid

The City of Palatka hereby announces that Request for Proposals (RFP) No. RFP- 2026-07-0-2026, titled St. Johns Avenue Landscaping is closed/cancelled effective 10/09/2026. No award will be made under this RFP.

The City of Palatka is issuing Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-06 for St. Johns Avenue Landscape Maintenance and As-Needed Tree Watering Services. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on October 23, 2026, at City Hall, City Clerks Office. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

NOTICE: PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REQUIRING ACCOMMODATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN A MEETING SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY CLERKS OFFICE AT 386-329-0100 AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO REQUEST ACCOMMODATIONS.
