CONTRACT NO. RFQ 2512CM

Pirtle Construction, the Construction Manager for Orange County Public Schools, Olympia High School Comprehensive Renovation Project, Project No. RFQ 2512CM is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors. An Outreach/Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is scheduled at the project site on 10/29/2026 at 10:00 AM. A prequalification package is available to interested subcontractors and vendors upon request at preconstruction@pirtleconstruction.com. The project is at 4301 S Apopka Vineland RD, Orlando, FL 32835. The project will consist of the renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting OCPS Design Guidelines and education program requirements. Construction will occur on an occupied campus so any/all employees who will perform work on the project must be badged through the OCPS Jessica Lunsford Act process. All bidders must submit their bids via email to preconstruction@pirtleconstruction.com by 5:00 PM on or before November 10, 2026. Pirtle reserves the right to reject any bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and accept bids that Pirtle considers to be in the project's best interest.
