St. Johns River State College (SJR State) invites general, building, civil (site work), mechanical, and roofing contractors to apply for pre-qualified contractor status for Calendar Year 2027 (January 1 through December 31, 2027) under one solicitation, RFQ-SJR-01-2026. Contractors that do not hold a current Calendar Year 2026 SJR State pre-qualification certificate may apply for a new certificate. Contractors that hold a current Calendar Year 2026 certificate may apply for renewal in the same category or in a higher or lower category. A valid pre-qualification certificate is required to bid on College construction projects.
