OCPS Waterford Elementary School HVAC Capital Renewal Project

Sequel Developers, Inc. has been selected by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) to provide construction management services for the OCPS Waterford Elementary School HVAC Capital Renewal Project. Bids are being solicited for this project and must be received no later than Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, at 12:00pm.

Scope of work includes the extensive replacement of HVAC equipment and systems and renovations to various aspects of the building envelope for select buildings on campus.

All work shall be in accordance with bidding documents, drawings, specifications, and other construction documents. Sequel is using the Building Connected bid management system for bid invitations, and bid documents may be reviewed now, via Sequels Public Plan Room within Building Connected. Sequel encourages and invites M/WBE, LDB & VBE subtrade and suppliers to submit bids on any portion of this project. Sequel is an Equal Opportunity Employer, license #CGC1512796.
