NOTICE OF MEETING SCHEDULE

CELEBRATION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Celebration Community Development District will hold meetings for fiscal year 2027 at the District Office located at 313 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747, at 5:30 p.m. generally on the fourth Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise noted below. Following are the dates for all meetings and workshops:

October 27, 2026 April 27, 2027

November 17, 2026 (third Tuesday) May 11, 2027,

December 15, 2026 (third Tuesday) budget workshop

January 26, 2027 May 25, 2027,

February 23, 2027 budget approval

March 9, 2027, budget workshop June 22, 2027

March 23, 2027 July 27, 2027,

April 13, 2027, budget workshop budget hearing

August 24, 2027

September 28, 2027

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for community development districts. Meetings may be continued to a date, time, and location to be specified on the record at the meetings without further publication of notice.

There may be occasions when Supervisors or staff will participate via telephone or other communication media technology. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager at (407) 566-1935 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meetings. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and accordingly, the person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
