Sealed Bids will be received by JEA, Procurement Department, Bid Office until 12:00 noon on December 1, 2026. All bids received from a qualified bidder shall be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded at 2:00 p.m.

Title: Construction Services for Cahoon Road Force Main Replacement Project

Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for Construction Services for Cahoon Road Force Main Replacement Project (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide the services required to install new 10 PVC force main and 12 HDPE directional drill crossing within JEA service territory as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
