This project includes the demolition and reconstruction of portions of the existing Concourse B apron. Major work items include:

The demolition and reconstruction of approximately 5,190 square yards of the existing concrete apron. Construction includes the installation of underdrain pipe/cleanouts to connect to an existing system, porous aggregate drainage blanket, P-306 lean concrete base, and P-501 concrete pavement.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at the Jacksonville International Airport, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 at 2:00 PM on 27 October 2026.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.

The Authority has determined that 3 percent (3%) SBE participation goal will be prescribed for this project. As a good corporate citizen, JAA fully supports the usage of SBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBEs at every opportunity.

This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Project Manual for Contract No. C-900 which may be examined in the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Administration Building Office, or obtained from:
