RFQ NOTICE

The City of Eagle Lake, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is requesting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for its Supplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene and Milton and the HawaiI Wildfires (SAHM) Project administered through the FDEP Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).

Services include design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, inspection, and related services for various improvements at the Citys two water production facilities.

The project is funded through the SAHM. Consultants must comply with all applicable federal and state requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200.

Sealed Statements of Qualifications shall be clearly marked:
