Homeland Community Farm Building, Polk County Public Schools Project #C-322

JE Dunn Construction, (CGC-062145), the Construction Manager for Polk County Public Schools Project #C-322, Homeland Community Farm, hereby solicits SEALED proposals for the referenced project in accordance with the 100% Construction Documents by Furr, Wegman & Banks Architects, due to be released 10/16/2026. Proposal documents will be available via the JE Dunn Construction BuildingConnected site. The scope of this project, located at 3301 Homeland-Garfield Road, Bartow, FL 33830, includes ground up construction of a new 16,322 SF Community Farm Building (PEMB) consisting of Agriculture Demonstration Classrooms, Office, Lobby, Kitchen, Outdoor Dining, Site Development (7.82 acres), Paving, Water Storage Tank and Well Pump House. A virtual pre-bid Meeting will be held on 10/28/2026 at 10:00 AM via Teams and link will be sent through BuildingConnected. The Jessica Lunsford Act will not be in effect for this project.
