At 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be considered, the Orange County Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider the public hearing described below:

Public Hearing re: Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance Update

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORANGE COUNTY CODE CHAPTER 23, ARTICLE IV, ENTITLED TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE; AMENDING SECTION 23-88 (DEFINITIONS) TO ADD NEW DEFINITIONS FOR MULTI-USE RETAIL PLAZA AND SPECIAL TIME SHARE UNIT; AMENDING SECTION 23-92 (TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE) TO ADD MULTI-USE RETAIL PLAZA AND SPECIAL TIME SHARE UNIT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
