NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on November 10, 2026, at 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Commission Chambers, First Floor, County Administration Center, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. You are invited to attend and be heard regarding the following request by:

Applicant: Tanner Kalebaugh, Stonemont PD, Case # LUP-26-01-014

Consideration: Request to rezone 38.86 acres from A-1 (Citrus Rural District) to PD (Planned Development) with a development program consisting of up to 38 single-family detached residential dwelling units on lots ranging from minimum 1/3 acre to 1/2 acre. The overall density will not exceed 1 unit per 1 acre. The project will require 50% open space to be aside for conservation in accordance with the Wekiva Study Area Comprehensive Plan policies. The property is within the Tangerine Rural Settlement; pursuant to Orange County Code, Chapter 30.

Location: District 2; property located at 6409 N. Orange Blossom Trail and 6322 Terrell Road; generally located south of the Orange County / Lake County Boundary, north of Wadsworth Road; Orange County, Florida (legal property description on file in Planning Division)
