PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on October 27, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida. This meeting will also be available for viewing at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85198088494. The following variance requests will be considered: 1) 5446 Seedling Ln. (A) Variance to allow a reduced side yard setback for a driveway, (B) Variance to allow a reduced side yard setback for the rear patio/deck, (C) Variance to allow an increased front yard impervious surface ratio (ISR), and (D) Variance to allow an increased overall site ISR [case# VAR2026-10038]; 2) 1411 Tanager Dr. (A) Variance to allow reduced rear yard setbacks, (B) Variance to allow reduced street side setback for a garage, and (C) Variance to allow reduced front yard setbacks [case# VAR2026-10039]; 3) 1400 Canberra Ave. Variance to allow the garage to be converted to additional living space, placing the required parking space within the front yard setback [case# VAR2026-10045]; 4) 921 S. Mills Ave. Variance to allow a detached garage to be in front of the primary faade of the home in the Traditional City overlay [case# VAR2026-10046]; 5) 390 Dubsdread Cir. Variance to allow an increased driveway width [case# VAR2026-10047]; 6) 500 E. Crystal Lake St. Variance to allow a lack of required parking space after the conversion of a detached garage to an accessory dwelling unit [case# VAR2026-10048]; and 7) 2016 Forest Cir. Variance request to allow a parking space to encroach into the front yard setback, where a 25 ft. front yard setback is required. [case# VAR2026-10051].
