NOTICE CALLING FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moore Haven will accept Proposals up to 2:00 PM, November 11, 2026, at the City Clerk's Office, P.O. Box 399, City of Moore Haven City Hall, 299 Riverside Drive, Moore Haven, Florida 33471 for Use of the Citys Marina Property:

Scope of Services: To provide all proposed plans and requirements necessary for providing identified services and uses of the Citys Marina Property for the interim period prior to full development.

The Citys Marina Property will be undergoing extensive development with funding for extension of the seawall and other development of the property with completion not expected for several years. In the interim, the City is requesting proposals for services and operations that can be provided during that interim period through use of the Citys Marina Property. In the proposal, please identify the services and operations that is intended to be provided and what Marina resources are necessary to support those efforts in addition to any proposed revenue sharing. The City can award one or more of the proposals and will negotiate a lease agreement with awarded proposers.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Moore Haven will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated time, proposals for the award of identified services for the above project. Proposals shall be received in the place identified above.

The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the process without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful proposer against the City.
