Committee (PSAC) Meetings

The PSAC will meet on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 1 pm CST in the facilities department on the 4 th floor of the Nelson Building. The purpose of the meeting is to review proposals received by 9 am CST October 28, 2026 for architectural services for Arnold Interior and Exterior Renovation project (Arnold renovation project). The PSAC select a shortlist of applicants for interviews.

The PSAC will meet Monday, November 2, 2026 starting at 8:00 AM in the Nelson Building Boardroom at 1311 Balboa Avenue, Panama City, FL. The purpose of this meeting is to interview the shortlisted applicants for the Arnold renovation project. The PSAC rankings and recommendations of firm selection will be given to the School Board at the November 10, 2026 Board meeting.
