INVITATION TO BID NO. 27-01

PANAMA CITY PORT AUTHORITY

DUNNAGE LUMBER UNIT PRICE CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given that the Panama City Port Authority (the Port) will receive bids electronically through DemandStar (www.demandstar.com) until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, December 7, 2026, for the supply and delivery of cargo dunnage lumber on an as-needed basis. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the Port of Panama City Board Room, One Seaport Drive, Panama City, Florida 32401.

The work consists of furnishing and delivering nominal 2 x 4 x 4 dunnage lumber (estimated 82,368 pieces annually) and nominal 2 x 4 x 8 dunnage lumber (estimated 32,032 pieces annually), priced per piece, FOB Destination, freight prepaid and allowed, to the Ports terminal storage facility. Quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed. The contract term is three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options at the Ports sole discretion.

The Bid Package, including all Addenda, is available only through DemandStar. Bidders must register on DemandStar to receive notice of Addenda. Bids must be submitted on the Ports Bid Form with unit pricing for all five contract years, together with a notarized Sworn Statement on Public Entity Crimes under Section 287.133(3)(a), Florida Statutes, and a Vendor Affidavit Regarding the Use of Coercion for Labor and Services under Section 787.06(13), Florida Statutes. Paper, mailed, hand-delivered, emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted.

Questions must be submitted in writing to smoneyham@portpcfl.com. Any change to the bid documents will be issued only by Addendum posted on DemandStar.

The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the bid determined to be in the best interest of the Port. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
