NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 17001046CAA of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit, in and for Gadsden County, Florida, wherein UMB Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as legal title trustee for LVS Title Trust XIII is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS L. SCOTT; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the south door of the courthouse at 10 E. Jefferson St, Quincy, FL 32351, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of September, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SAVING AND RESERVING THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS FOR THE PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCESS (INGRESS AND EGRESS) AND UTILITIES.
