Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered on June 28, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CA-2346 of the Circuit Court of Alachua County, Florida, in which ROBERT J. LUSNIA, is the Plaintiff and CHEYENNE AUTUMN WHITE CREWS, is the Defendant, I shall sell the property at public sale on SEPTEMBER 07, 2023 at 11:00 A.M., to the highest bidder for cash in an Electronic Sale at www.alachua.realforeclose.com, in accordance with F.S. ?45.031, the following-described real property set forth in the Summary
Final Judgment:
Parcel A
Begin at the north corner of Section 5, Township 11 South, Range 18 East, ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA and thence run S 89?38'13"E along the north line of said Section 5, a distance of 150.11 feet; thence run S 01?9'22"E, a distance of 124.12 feet to the north right- of-way line of County Road SW 22 (SW 95th Avenue); Thence run S 89?07'38"W along said North right-of-way line, a distance of 62.12 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of State Road No., 45 (U.S. Highway NO. 41); thence run N 38?28'54"W along said northeasterly right-of-way line, a distance of 144.33 feet to the West line of said Section 5; thence run N 02?53'27"W along said west line, a distance of 14.11 feet to the point of beginning.

Commence at the northwest corner of Section 5, Township 11 South, Range 18 East, Alachua County, Florida and run thence S 89?38'13"E along the north line of said Section 5, a distance of 150.11 feet; thence run S 89?17'10"E along said north line, a distance of 29.84
feet to the point of the beginning; thence run S 89?23;39"E along the north line of said "Section 5, a distance of 355.05 feet; thence run S 01?03'21"E, a distance of 113.86 feet to the north right-of-way line of County Road SW 22 (SW 95th Avenue); thence run S 89?17'13"W along said north right-of-way line, a distance of 354.55 feet; thence run N 01?13'18"W, a distance of 122.03 feet to the point of beginning.
Total area for this property is 1.28 acres, more of less.
Together with all agricultural, horticultural and fruit crops, now planted and/or growing, and hereafter planted, grown, or raised on the above described premises, and all singular the fixtures appurtenant thereto, which shall include, in so far as they now are or may hereafter belong to or be used with the premises or any buildings or improvements thereon and whether attached or detached; all lighting, heating, cooling ventilating, air-conditioning, incinerating, sprinkling, and plumbing fixtures,; irrigating, water and poser systems, engines and machinery; boilers, ranges, furnaces, oil burners, or units thereof; elevators and motors; refrigeration plants or units; kitchen cabinets; cooking appliances; wall beds; storm windows and doors; window and door screen; awnings; window shades; shrubbery; rugs and carpeting, and all property now or hereafter attached to or reasonably necessary to the use of the premises, all of which shall be together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways street, alleys, passages, waters, water course, right, liberties, privilege, easements, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, all the said property, whether real or personal, being hereinafter designated as "the premises."
