NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS OF ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS OF ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Regular monthly meetings of the Orange County Industrial Development Authority (the “Authority”) normally are held at 2:00 p.m., local time, on the third Tuesday of each month. For the balance of 2025 and the first seven months of 2026, such regular monthly meetings will be on the following dates:August 19, 2025September 16, 2025October 21, 2025November 18, 2025December 16, 2025January 20, 2026February 17, 2026March 17, 2026April 21, 2026May 19, 2026June 16, 2026July 21, 2026All such regular monthly meetings will be held in the Orange County Administration Center at 201 South Rosalind, Orlando, Florida 32801. Such meetings usually are held in the OMB Conference Room on the third floor. If for any reason the OMB Conference Room is not available for a particular meeting, the meeting may be held in another room in the Orange County Administration Center that will be posted in such building. ALL OF THESE MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.A draft agenda showing known matters to be discussed at each meeting normally is posted on Orange County’s website approximately 10 days before the scheduled date of the meeting, but the Authority also may consider any other business properly coming before any meeting of the Authority. In months in which the Authority has no business to conduct, the scheduled monthly meeting may be canceled.
