CLEARWATER CAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 BUDGET; NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE IMPOSITION OF OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, ADOPTION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND THE LEVY, COLLECTION, AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE SAME; AND NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING. The Board of Supervisors (the Board) of Clearwater Cay Community Development District (the District) will hold two (2) public hearings and a meeting on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Grand Venezia at Baywatch Clubhouse, 2704 Via Murano, Clearwater, Florida 33764. The purposes of the public hearings are to receive public comment and objections on the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 proposed final budget, to consider the adoption of an assessment roll, to consider the imposition of special assessments to fund the proposed budget upon the lands located within the District, and to provide for the levy, collection, and enforcement of the non-ad valorem assessments. The public hearings are being conducted pursuant to Chapters 190 and 197, Florida Statutes. A meeting of the Board will also be held where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. INVITATION TO BID ITB25-019 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CORONA VIRUS (CDBG-CV) SIDEWALK INSTALLATION PROJECT The City of New Port Richey is accepting sealed bids for the ITB25-019 Community Development Block Grant -Corona Virus (CDBG-CV) Sidewalk Installation Project addressed to the City of New Port Richey, City Clerks Office, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34652. Bids will be received at the City Clerks Office until 2:00 p.m., local time, on July 29, 2025. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. A bid opening will be held promptly at 2:00 p.m., local time, on July 30, 2025 in the Council Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34652, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The results of the bid opening will be posted on the Citys website after the bid opening is complete. The project is a Community Development Block Grant program project and involves the installation of 10,602 linear feet of a six-foot (6ft.) wide sidewalk system. The project consists of general construction activities associated with sidewalk installation. The project specifically addresses a lack of sidewalks within a geographical area of the city. The project is financed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the Florida Department of Commerce (Florida Commerce). All official ITB documents and future addenda materials will be distributed to potential bidders having registered their interest with the city by communicating with Martin Field, Construction Supervisor at fieldm@cityofnewportrichey.org. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 109 of Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and bonding and insurance requirements.
